- Location Data: To provide location-aware audio guides, we request access to your device’s GPS location while you are actively using the map feature. We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.
- Usage Data: We log your interactions with the app, such as which landmarks you tap, which follow-up questions you ask the AI, and how many tokens you consume.
- Feedback Data: If you submit feedback through our in-app forms, we collect the answers and comments provided.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the core functionality of the Service.
- To generate context-aware AI audio based on your location and queries.
- To manage your Token balance and account security.
- To send you a single launch announcement email (only if you explicitly opted-in via our feedback form).
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell your personal data. However, we share necessary data with trusted third parties to operate the app:
- OpenAI/Google (Gemini): We send the text of your follow-up questions to our AI providers to generate the audio script. Do not submit personal or sensitive information in your audio prompts.
- Paddle.com: All payments are securely processed by Paddle. We do not collect or store your credit card details.
- Hosting Providers: Your account data is stored securely on our cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/Vercel/Supabase).
4. Your GDPR Rights (European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Request the deletion of your account and personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").
- Withdraw your consent for marketing emails at any time via your account settings.
